A physical sample is typically ready in 48 hours from approved artwork. Bulk production runs 7–12 working days for most garment orders, and 10–15 for cut-and-sew sublimation or anything requiring a custom fabric dye lot. Rush slots exist — tell us the deadline in your first message and we will say yes or no honestly rather than discovering it later.

Vector (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is always best. If you only have raster, we need at least 300 DPI at the final printed size — a 1000 px logo blown up to a 30 cm chest print will look exactly as rough as you fear. Keep text converted to outlines and send us the Pantone references if colour matching matters. Our artwork guide covers every case.

Yes, within the physical limits of the method. Screen printing and sublimation match closely because we mix or profile to the reference. DTF and DTG work in CMYK plus white, so some neon and metallic Pantones simply cannot be reproduced — we will tell you before you order, not after.

Both. We stock blanks across t-shirts, polos, hoodies, sportswear and accessories, which is faster and cheaper. If you have your own stock we will print on it, but we ask for two spare pieces for a test — customer-supplied goods are printed at your risk because we cannot guarantee how an unknown fabric will behave.

We wash-test to 40+ domestic cycles at 40 °C. Sublimation is effectively permanent because the dye is inside the fibre. Screen and DTF hold their colour well past 50 washes with normal care. DTG on dark garments fades soonest because it relies on an underbase. Wash inside out, cold, and skip the tumble dryer and any print outlives the garment.

Yes. Pan-India dispatch is routine, including individual drop-ship to hundreds of employee addresses. For export orders we handle export-grade packing, care labelling and documentation — share the destination country early because label compliance differs.

For new accounts: 50% advance to schedule production, balance before dispatch. Established accounts move to 30-day terms after three completed orders. GST invoicing throughout, and we are comfortable with PO-driven procurement processes.

Yes — this is the main reason clients stay. We hold your approved fabric lot, your screens and your artwork files so an order placed in March matches the one from the previous July. Colour drift between dye lots is the single most common complaint about apparel suppliers and it is entirely avoidable.

Always, and we will not skip it even if you are in a hurry. Nothing goes to bulk without your written sign-off on a physical sample. It is the cheapest insurance in this industry.
