Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

The commercial terms that apply to quotations, orders and production at Universal Print Hub.

1. Scope

These terms cover quotations, orders and production carried out by Universal Print Hub. They apply unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you that says otherwise.

2. Quotations

Prices shown on this website, including anything produced by the instant quote calculator, are indicative estimates and not binding offers. A quotation becomes binding only when we issue it in writing with a reference number. Written quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, because fabric and ink costs move.

3. Artwork and approval

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright. We produce a physical sample before bulk. Once you approve a sample in writing, that sample is the standard the bulk order is measured against.

4. Tolerances

Apparel is a physical product with physical tolerances. Fabric GSM is held to ±5%. Print placement is held to ±10 mm. Colour is matched as closely as the chosen technology allows, and screen or dye lots may vary very slightly between production runs. Over- or under-delivery of up to 2% on runs above 500 pieces is normal industry practice and is invoiced as delivered.

5. Payment

New accounts pay 50% in advance to schedule production, with the balance due before dispatch. Established accounts may be offered 30-day terms. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

6. Lead times

Lead times quoted are working days from written approval of artwork and receipt of advance payment, whichever is later. Delays caused by late approvals, artwork changes or customer-supplied goods move the delivery date accordingly.

7. Customer-supplied goods

If you supply your own garments we print them at your risk. We require spare pieces for testing. We are not liable for the cost of customer-supplied stock damaged during a print process that the fabric could not withstand.

8. Claims

Please inspect your delivery on receipt. Claims for shortage, damage or quality must reach us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs. Where a fault is ours we will reprint or credit the affected pieces; our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.

9. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before production begins, less any setup, digitising or fabric costs already incurred. Once cutting or printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
