What we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we will never do with it.
1. Who we are
Universal Print Hub (“UPH”, “we”, “us”) is a textile manufacturing, design and printing business based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, owned by Rzeka Volante. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are enquiring about, your quantity, your deadline and any project details you choose to share. If you join the app waitlist we also store your platform preference. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
3. What we do with it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, run your order and keep a record of what we produced for you so re-orders match. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
4. Artwork and files
Artwork you send remains yours. We store it so we can reproduce your order and re-run it later. We do not use client artwork in our own portfolio or marketing without written permission. If you ask us to delete your files after a job, we will.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website stores one preference in your browser: your light or dark theme choice. That value never leaves your device and is not sent to us. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you may return to. Order records and the artwork attached to them are kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires, and for as long as you may want a re-order.
7. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
